CONTINUING ASSISTANCE SERVICES:
The information presented below has a preliminary character.
Final decision on specific content, quantity of provided services and the monthly payment amount specified in each contract or accounting juridical assistance in part is determined by sides at the outcome of negotiations, depending on the specific tasks set by the beneficiary and the payment terms and conditions.
1.01.
Rate services under this package are 2000 lei per month, and include the following legal or accounting categories of services :
1. Verbal consultancy with any duration and / or complexity;
2. At customer request, consultations may be submitted in written form or through remote access, also text documents or other normative documents regulating the activity or the customer which are required for full disclosure of the addressed questions;
3. Processing of primary documents and preparation of financial reports (at companies which total annual turnover does not exceed 200 thousand lei).
1.02.
Rate services under this package are 4000 lei per month, and include the following legal or accounting categories of services:
1. Services listed in Package 1.01.;
2. Legal assistance of the customer in its business (except representation customer interests in front of central and local public administration, the judicial courts, as well as failing to participate in the negotiations). Mentioned services are provided in separately in accordance with the rates, with corresponding reductions in each case.
3. Accounting consultations, processing of primary documents and preparing financial reports (at companies which total annual turnover is greater than 200 thousand lei). For an additional payment, under a separate agreement may be possible presentation of reports to the appropriate state authorities.
1.03.
Rate services under this package are 5000 lei per month, and include the following legal or accounting categories of services:
1. Providing legal assistance in customer activity organization, including representation of customer interests before central and local public administration, participation in negotiations, etc. In dependence on the need for representation in the courts for trial, parties, depending on the complexity of the dispute, may provide an additional payment, paid in case of favorable solving of the problem.
2. Performing full accounting, regardless of annual turnover and types of customer activity.
3. If necessary (increased volume of work, complexity of the solved problems, etc.), provider can provide specialists, field of activity which will be exclusively focused on the customer problems, but will use all available resources of our company for efficiently solving these tasks.
