Austria is ready to help Moldova in reforming justice system
Austria is ready to help the Republic of Moldova (RM) in the justice reforming process. The statement was provided by Federal Justice Minister of Austria Claudia Bandion-Ortner during her meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Filat in Chisinau. According to the Government press service, the Minister said there is possible to launch several projects connected to experience exchange and consultations with Austrian experts. Claudia Bandion-Ortner said the real democracy is possible only in conditions of independent justice and added Moldova registered progresses in the democratization way and human rights’ protection during last year.
The new Law about the status of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova
The law determines the order of entry and stay of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, general conditions for issuing residence permits and visas for the entry to Moldova. This Law shall become effective from 24 December 2010
